What is the goal off the 8-week program?

The goal of this program is NOT to lose as much weight as fast as possible. The goal is to break all of the dieting programming you have around all or nothing, fast results, making your food compete with your happiness, being afraid of carbs and not knowing what to eat.

Our goal is to support you to actually change. The way you want, for the results you want, for the rest of your life.

Who is the 8-week program suitable for ?

The program works for literally anyone who wants to lose weight, increase their energy, gain muscle, improve energy, take back their freedom and happiness around food, feel like themselves in their body and feel confident and free.

It doesn't matter if this is the first time you've tried, or 400th.

What can I expect each week during the program?

Each week you're going to get a mindset training to help you understand the mindset pitfalls that will have you fail and quit and what to do instead.

This is deep work. Get ready to know yourself better than ever before.

Each week you'll also be working to change your diet in a way that is specific to you.

Using the innovative tech we brought in, you will work with your body specifically rather than a general nutrition plan.

Each week you'll also aim to hit 3 workouts in the studio at the level of intensity that works for you.

You will turn in your mindset training homework to your coach.

We have one live coaching call each week to help you go deep and create life changing breakthroughs in your mindset.

Every day, you can reach out to the group and your accountability coach with questions, challenges and for inspiration and connection.

Do I need to follow a specific diet during the program?

Yes and no. We don't give you the specifics of what you should eat. Everybody's metabolism is different and what you need is different from everyone else in the program and different day to day! (Did you know that?!)

So you'll be working on adjusting the amount of protein, fat and carbs you eat each day based on what the tech tells you your unique metabolism needs to reach your goals.

And we will help you learn about what that means and how to do it in a way that works.

How much time should I dedicate each week?

We recommend making this program the number one priority in your life while you're in it.

Logistically, you'll need about 45 minutes each week for the videos and homework, time for 3 workouts and an hour each week for the live coaching calls.

Is there a community component to the program?

You bet. At any point there are other people enrolled that you're in a group with, supporting and cheering each other on.

Our studio is most people's favorite place to be.

And each week you'll join your community in live, deep coaching support so you can see that you're not alone in your struggles.

What equipment or facilities are required?

You'll need to come sweat with us 3x a week, you'll receive your nutrition tech when you sign up and we will teach you how to use it.

You'll have 3 simple apps: Confidence Collective to book your classes. Trainerize where you'll watch your videos. And Lumen, where you will track your metabolism.

Do I need to count calories?

No, but we will ask you (at least for some time) to study the nutrition of what you're eating.

You will use our device to take pictures of your meals - this will tell you the amount of carbs, fat and protein in each meal so that you can *learn about nutrition.

The reality is, you either know about nutrition and are empowered to eat for how you want to feel and look, or you don't and you are a slave to someone else's truth.

We want to empower you to have what you want, and that means you need to learn about the foods you're eating.

What happens if I miss a session or can't attend the live calls?

You can watch the recordings and submit your questions ahead of time to you coach to answer on the live calls.

But we DO recommend you making EVERY effort to be on the live calls. It's where you will get the most support to work through your personal challenges and connect to your community.
